Retreats offer a rare opportunity to step out of daily patterns and return to the body with intention. My role as a retreat facilitator is to help create space for that return—through movement, breath, sound, and stillness.
I design retreat experiences that support nervous system regulation, physical recovery, and embodied presence. Sessions are grounded in biomechanics, yoga, and mindfulness practices, and are accessible to a wide range of experience levels—from seasoned athletes to those newer to movement-based wellness.
Rather than prescribing a single approach, I work collaboratively with retreat organizers to shape offerings that align with the intention of the gathering. This may include morning mobility and yoga flows, restorative sessions to support recovery between activities, breathwork and sound healing for integration, or closing practices that help participants carry the experience back into their daily lives.
My facilitation style is calm, inclusive, and adaptive. I aim to create an environment where participants feel supported, not pushed—invited into deeper awareness without pressure or performance.
Whether the retreat centers around adventure, creativity, leadership, or rest, my goal is the same: to help participants reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and resourced.
